NALPAMARA PATTA

Nalpamarapatta is a well-known Ayurvedic ingredient valued for its skin-protective, cooling, and healing properties. The bark of these four Ficus trees is carefully collected, cleaned, dried, and coarsely powdered or cut into small pieces for use in Ayurvedic formulations. It is widely used in Kerala Ayurveda for preparing decoctions, herbal baths, medicated oils, creams, and skin-care products.
